We, that had been Lydia, Christian, Markus and I went high. I mean, on top of the 'Himalya' of the Austrian Alps. During the best climbing season of the year, in the middle of July, we four went to the southern border of Austria to Italy. There, we hiked and climbed up the cool named 'Dreiherrenspitz' (3499 m), the 'großer Geiger' (3360 m), 'Großvenediger' (3666 m) and finally the highest peak of Austria: the 'Großglockner' (3798 m).
We hoped for good weather, but got very diverse situations on these four mountains. Difficult conditions, failures and success can be read right here.

Wir, das waren Lydia, Christian, Markus und Ich bestiegen in der besten Jahreszeit mitte Juli die höchsten Berge Österreichs. Dabei waren in dieser Reihenfolge die 'Dreiherrenspitz' (3499 m), der 'große Geiger' (3360 m), 'Großvenediger' (3666 m) und am Ende der höchste Berg Österreichs: der 'Großglockner' (3798 m).
Wir hatten natürlich auf beständiges Wetter und gute Bedingungen gehofft. Wie es so kommen mag, traf das Gegenteil mit instabilem Wetter und teils komplizierten Bedingungen ein. Doch auch Erfolge konnten am Ende erreicht werden und sind hier nachzulesen.

Nous, nous étions les quatre Lydia, Christian, Markus et moi. Nous sommes montés le plus haut montagnes d'Austriche. À la mi-julliet, nous sommes montés le 'Dreiherrenspitz' (3499 m), le 'großer Geiger' (3360 m), 'Großvenediger' (3666 m) et finalement la plus haute montagne d'Austrich: le 'Großglockner' (3798 m).
